New Arrivals Home Visits

After the birth of a child families are offered a home visit by a VNA nurse. Services include education, referrals and basic newborn, mom support. If there is a need, visits can continue up to one year. Visit Schedule
Visits to families are frequent, every 1-2 weeks, and are scheduled at times which are convenient to the parents.
